Order Processing

 Obiagelli pieces are produced on a made-to-order basis. Production  takes 5 to 10 business days before shipment.

Once production is completed, your order will be prepared for dispatch.

Shipping Within Nigeria

Orders within Nigeria are typically delivered within 1 to 2 business days  after production.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via reputable courier services, DHL and UPS.

Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days after dispatch depending on the destination country.

Please note that production time and shipping time are separate.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

For international orders, customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Obiagelli is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect shipping information.
